Book time slots at top health oriented restaurants just as you would your favorite workout class. You can choose between discounted templated meals or choose truly premium dining experiences.

Within your time slot you always have the option to eat in person or take food to go and there almost always people you can organically mingle with over food as much as you want. Premium experiences will have a more curated group dynamic.

Separately, we will have available online flash frozen and meal kit versions of your favorite meals for scheduled delivery and select pickup. We will also have select in house and specially curated products available that are perfect meal add on’s or for gifts.
