The approach

Allergen-first, not allergen-accommodated.

Every menu starts from what our partner kitchens already do best — vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-conscious cooking that was never an asterisk on someone else's menu. We pair that with real space design, so the room feels as considered as the plate. Same curation instinct behind 333's everyday partners, applied to the room you'll remember.

Occasions

Built for the room you're actually hosting.

No. 1

Weddings

Full-menu and full-room curation for couples who want every guest — allergies included — to have an equally considered plate.

No. 2

Festivals

Multi-day, high-volume activations pulling from our founding partner kitchens, built for real crowds without cutting the quality bar.

No. 3

Brand dinners

Intimate, editorial-grade dinners for brands who want a room and a menu that actually reflect what they stand for.

No. 4

Tech company dinners

Offsite and all-hands dinners built around real dietary diversity — no more one sad plate at the end of the buffet.

The atmosphere

Sound, curated like the menu.

Every 333 dinner can be built as a listening session — sound chosen to match the room, the courses, and the pace of the night, the same way we choose the food. Available as an add-on across weddings, brand dinners, and private events, or as the whole occasion itself.

How it works

By inquiry — every event is built from scratch.

01

Inquire

Tell us the occasion, guest count, and any dietary needs the room is already carrying.

02

Curate

We build the menu from our vetted partner kitchens and design the space around it.

03

Set the sound

Layer in a hi-fi sound system, custom playlists, or our network of vinyl selectors and indie musicians — as much or as little as the occasion calls for.

04

Host

We run the day — food, space, and every guest's plate handled with the same care.

Limited availability, by inquiry only.

Product Criteria Basics

Shop cleanly in our store and also get rewarded for buying vetted products with select partners.

Dairy free and without traditional fillers and gums is a prerequisite. Our dairy alternatives are largely nut based and completely free from synthetic fillers.

Items are vetted to not include traditional seed oils.

We vet and verify products as being a sustainable product for the environment at every aspect from production to supply chain. We are working on partnerships to help us specifically estimate carbon & greenhouse emissions from every product in our store.

The maximum added sugar we allow in a product is 10g and we are still mindful that higher quality sweetener is being used.

We source products that are entirely free from animal derived ingredients and in turn are vegan. To us that is the best definition of cruelty free.

If you are not a vegan and still plan on including animal products in your lifestyle please consult on the best cruelty minimized farms & brands near you.

We source whole foods that are unprocessed. The ingredients haven't been refined, have no added preservatives or synthetic flavorings, and are as close to their original form as possible

We require 99 percent of all products in our store to be gluten free. Those that are not, have had their source of wheat or flour verified as being optimally sourced and free from any other ingredients. Many store bought breads typically have enriched or refined flours that also can include harmful pesticides from the wheat they source.

We almost exclusively source products that are rooted in sustainable practices that improve soil health, promote biodiversity, and reduce environmental impact.

These products are also largely certified organic, meaning they are free from synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.
